Airfare to Bali from Adelaide ?

Looking to go in Jan and checked the fares last week around $1740, looked again today gone up to $1921, my question is do I wait and see if they may come on sale or book now?? The dates are the 1st - 11th Jan, also wondering if anyone has heard anymore about Garuda coming back to Adelaide??
