My personal view after many experiences of entering Bali and buying a VOA is that it is a waste of money. Not that you shouldn't choose to do it if that is what turns you on, but for me it would be a waste of money. I live on that amount of money for a whole day in Ubud including accommodation, even longer if we factor in two VIP VOAs.
