Put the noodles (Ayam noodles or any make really. There are some low fat ones around) in a bowl and cover with boiling water.

Stir fry finely chopped chinese green vegetable of any kind and any other vegies that you like. (finely chopped or grated carrot is good) onions if you like but must have garlic (I like a lot).

Before the vegies are quite cooked stir in chicken, chopped into small chunks. I like to use thigh fillets. Cook very quickly so that the chicken is moist and tender. Stir in about 2 good teaspoons of Sambal Oelek (Can be bought from Coles or Woolies)and some soy sauce to taste. If you like the sweet soy sauce that's fine but I like the other none sweet one.

Drain the noodles and toss through the vegies and chicken.

That's it. It's done.

OK I have reached a new low in being boring, I know, posting a recipe on the BTF.
