Maybe if one of them lost their eye sight due to their irresponsibilities they might learn their lesson maybe not ? But they also may get some poor by stander with their reckless behaviour they don't really think about the consequences until something serious happens. I think these things should be band. but this is just my opinion they are plenty of other things to do if they want to have fun but just don't give other people grief.
