18 years. This info came directly from the Indonesian Consulate in Perth. We will be in a similar situation when we return back to Bali in Feb so thought I would make the call. They also said that each person over the age of 18 years can bring in one litre of alcohol. Not sure how closely it is monitored when it comes to underage drinking in bars though. Hope this helps.
