We booked this hotel sight unseen and were able to check it out when we arrived in Bali which was a week or so prior to our stay. From recollection we booked the hotel rooms (superior I think) and we were not impressed. The deluxe rooms around the pool were better and expensive but the guy who showed us around eventually gave us these rooms for the same price so we decided to stay. Rooms large and quite nice although bathrooms getting a bit old. Nice pool which we seemed to have to ourself most of the time and lovely staff. A couple of things we were not happy with. A bus load of tourists from Java arrived. They used the restaurant each morning to eat their take away food and also the pool area and leave rubbish behind. The kids swam in the pool really early in the morning and generally no consideration was shown to anyone else. Apparently the cottages that have been upgraded are very nice although not around the pool. The standard rooms are really awful so stay away from those. Breaky was ok. I would stay again if I was offered a good price.
