Yes I realized there was more to the article but I was only quoting on the effectiveness of the VIP VOA because by doing that you skip a lot of the problems. And I am all for a speedy and fuss free exit. But while every airport has problems Bali has its fair quota I agree. But its a country that has many unfair systems so hopefully one day it is all corrected but I expect that will be a long day off.
