Minyak Telon?

Hi, we purchased a bottle of Minyak Telon last week in Bali. they kind of indicated in the shop to rub on chest.
Can anyone advise what it is used for. its a clear liquid in a tiny bottle with Minyak Telon written across the top and a picture of a bat with Cap LOWO written underneath.
