'A good warning about AIDS'? You don't catch AIDS and Bali, while having a high number of HIV infections is no different to any other destination with regards to the need to have safe sex. In fact, rather than singling out Balinese based prostitutes as a particular threat, Kerobokan jail is one of the places that has an exaggerated rate of deaths attributed to AIDS or other HIV related illness.
