He has decent car with great suspension, he is super reliable, not demanding, but able to offer much more than just take you to the destination, is loyal, trustworthy, speaks English perfectly as well as other languages is highly intelligent and knowledgeable about Bali, and is a totally pleasant and fun guy to boot.
