Kuta Galleria is out back of Legian/Kuta.
Best way for me to describe how to get there from BGH is follow Kuta Beach road to Melasti. Follow Melasti across Jl Legian, follow rad around to the right then at t-intersection turn left to cross the canal and there on your right is Istana Kuta Galleria. The bus depot is there, Ace hardware, Alta Moda fabrics shop. Its street front shopping rather than all under one roof, like Discovery Shopping Mall.
Another good shopping centre under one roof is Bali Galleria. Its where you see the very large statue on the roundabout, just out back of Kuta/Tuban. You see Planet Hollywood sign, opposite BIMC. There are lots of lovely shops, Matahari, oh and that new Carrefours like department store, bit like a K-Mart, cant think of its name. (its called Hypermrt). Its a great centre to explore. Rudy the dentist is in the centre.
