Hammockman, I too was a passenger on Sundays flight that never went and are waiting for my refund.

I have to say that you have it wrong the Perth office has it's hands are tied, the two culprits in this whole thing are the owners Managing Director Pathma Johnson and Director Putra who are both very slippery customers they are based in Bali.

The Perth office have helped me on numerous occasions with my flights,including the other director.

So perhaps Les and yourself should have a look at who was the real cause.
