of IJA last Sunday and never flew, like other people I'm waiting for my refund. I've flown with them 3 x times all good flights and all
staff have been more than helpful from the Perth office, I'm confidient I'll get my refund and I will book with them again when they resume services.
The main offenders in this unfortunate sequence of events are the managing Director Pathma Johnson and Director Putra who are both slippery characters. The Perth office just take orders.
