We stayed at the Dynasty in a kids studio suite last November, myself (pregnant at the time) my husband & our then 3 yr old. Everyone highly recommended to stay here & had a really good vibe - full of Aussies! I'm not sure about the rooms you're looking at sorry.
We also like walking everywhere possible & took a stroller for our daughter. We found the Dynasty was out of the way, everyday walking a good distance in the same direction before we could explore new shops & places to eat. And although our room was brand new & gorgeous we did have our first night in a poolside room (they thought we were coming the next day) & found it to be old & pokey. For those reasons we would prefer to stay somewhere like Kumala Pantai or in a private Jayakarta apartment that is more central next time we go back. The private apartments have a great reputation on here, & are great prices too - i'd have a look at those if i were you. Search them in the archives on here & google it.
