He was in Bali at the time that the problem occured. I think the problem is that he gets so much business that he can afford to loose customers. I agree that he is a lovely person but the quality of the leather that he produced was horrible. I have heaps of things from Matts shop over the past years and it is always good quality. The thing that really annoyed me was that we are such good customers and recommend him to all our friends who also use him. I explained to his manager which is his cousin what loyalty meant, hopefully he will take on board what I said and rectify the problems. I however won't be going back as it isn't worth the hassle. We were left to get a jacket made with one day to spare. Dolphin Leather was fantastic.
