Would expect it to take some time for them to process claims i only recieved my email offering a refund on Wednesday and they only have a small staff to send out these emails and processes what must be thousands of emails coming in from concerned passengers as well as hopefuly commence processing claims. They did say refunds could take up to 6 weeks.
My bank the ANZ is going to post out the claim to reverse the credit card payment but said it would take 10 days for them to send the form out and then would take up to 3 mounths for them to process it once i returned it.
It looks a slow process which everway you go.
