Friends who are Bali atm were booked to come home Indojet yesterday they had booked a package with a TA. I phoned the TA on there behalf and was told nobody could help them, no other airline willing to uplift on Indojet ticket and find own way home nothing anyone could to for them including TA. Bad Luck sort of thing, but they could apply for a refund from IJ when they arrived home. Booked a new ticket on Virgin for today at A$325.
