Yulia Beach Inn Kuta what's it like

Has anyone stayed at the Yulia Beach Inn Hotel at Kuta and if so how was it. I will be travling on my own this trip and want somewhere very central and budget. It looks ok on their website but you can never tell until you get there so any advice would be good. I'm not too concerned about how big the pool is as I will be there on business I just want somewhere clean, safe and pleasant. Thanks.
