Hi, Bali Rock Cafe in Legian have started up a free charity service, where you can donate clothing etc there, place it in the box provided and the local orphanage picks it up or they can arrange for you to go to the orphanage and meet the kids and donate goods. Email them info@balirock.com, we did and it was great.
