Last year when we arrived at Garden View we encountered the double booking problem that they had going on at the time. They tried to send us off to Balisani Padma for a night. It wasn't a bungalow, so I can't comment on those, but the room they showed us was filthy - the bathroom was black with mould, and the room itself was tiny and dark. We walked straight back out without even considering looking at another room there.
