thanks for reply! how much for a new card if they dont work? she doesnt have a lot of money and want to give her good advice so she doesnt get ripped off! we got ours ouside bintang supermarket but she is staying at the bounty-can anyone suggest phone place near there! thanks again to you all for your great advice.
