Thousands of new needles a day
Thousands of blood tests done in 30 minutes
Toilet/water facilities while people wait in the heat for their results - which take four hours in Australia (by swab)
Facilities for people who faint with needles
Hygeine issues - drawing blood in an airport environment?????
Who pays for them?
Long flights = dehydrated people = difficult to find vein/draw blood
The likelihood of getting blood samples mixed up

And yes, this should make worldwide news. When it does, people will try and cancel and should probably be successful as this condition was not (if it is true) mentioned when flights were booked.
