But what a bunch of weak b***ds to leave it until after office hours when they can't be contacted. Well, I'm guessing anyway that they would not have shown their passengers the courtesy of keeping the office open to handle the "flack" from this "advice of cancellation".

It won't help you to get to Bali but at least you and the others who have been duped by these guys and their inane promises, will have the satisfaction of seeing the WA (and I hope Bali) Media reporting factually on the inept and unprofessional manner in which they have handled their clients.

Their apparent absolute lack of professionalism, honesty and integrity in the manner that they have treated their passengers - who stuck with them because they believed in what they were saying - is unconscionable!

Have the offered you a refund due to the cancellation? If not - and you have paid by Credit Card direct to IndoJet, contact your Credit Card Provider immediately (they all offer24-hour support) and register your demand for a payment reversal. I'd get in quickly as a "trickle" will quickly turn into a "flood"!
