Ham is spot-on with his asssment of the company's integrity (remember yesteday Sunday's flight was definitely leaving "on time" and also NO passenger had to pay for their own return flight/s from Bali". He has also, I believe, made the absolutely correct decision in determining that he would not use IndoJet's (or perhaps they with 'rise from the ashes of this debacle as "Phoenix Airways") "services" (use that name loosely) again.
I honestly believe that with the proliferation of "Real Airlines" (and not a Wholesaler operating under the guise of being an airline - how on earth can you be an "airline" if you don't own an aircraft?) which are operating out of Perth right now, this company has little chance of resurrecting itself after the on-going Public Relations Disasters eminating from its own Management and Staff.
It certainly doesn't appear that the words "Honesty" or "Integrity" are in the vocablary of IndoJet's operators!
