After the customer relations fiasco that is Indojet, I can only suggest to them this."If you wanna play in the big league with the big boys, make sure you have the basic fundamentals of customer relations in your bag of tricks before you fire a shot,because in this age of heavily promoted, heavily disscounted airfares it is this very simple skill that will be the difference"
Indojet will not be with us for long now I am sure. They may resurface under another name, cashing in on Daddy's clients and ringing them for all they are worth, but I know one person who will never deal with them again. I would also advise anybody else to avoid them like the proverbial plague.
