Ham!
If they had known what they were doing - and advised passengers of this - there would have been no need for passengers flying TODAY to have to travel to the IndoJet Offices just to learn of their "fate".
And how about "Sunday is supposed to have no delay as he said it will be a 10.30 takeof". Will there be anybody at the IndoJet Office to man phones tomorrow or Sunday to keep passengers abreast of what's happening? It is incredulous that by lunch-time Friday they can still give no firm commitment to passengers that their Sunday flights have actually been booked and confirmed. Did they tell you with which carrier your "10.30 take-off" will be? If they don't have bookings locked-in on a Sunday flight by now, my only assumption would be that they wait until the very last-minute to see if they can "grab at a price acceptable to them" any remaining seats on whatever flight happens to be leaving on the day.
A VERY strange way to maintain their integrity and passengers' confidence which can only impact on the chance of any repeat business - and the long (or maybe short) term future of the Company!
