Vila Shanti Sanur & Sari Sanur

Has anyone stayed at either of these places? I like the look of them, but then again I like the look of alot of places, can anyone help me? Will be staying with family (2 kids 16 & 13 yrs) next July (getting in early!).They both look close to Beach and shops on the map??
