Friend stayed there about 4 weeks ago. No spare pillows. One per person is enough. Battery in remote for TV flat. Go buy yourself new batteries. They had no other complaints.
There excuse was the hotel was full and no spare of anything.
I leave in 5 hours to the Dewi sri and my first time there. No bad reports on this site that I can find. I booked there for location as I usually stay at the BGH.
