last October I paid about that plus a couple of bintangs for the driver(hot or cold, he didn't mind... 'kuta kool'. The previous year I paid 1.2 mill for 4 days. The registered driver said as he had to pay the car owner some money, That was the lowest price. I didnt barter or try and lower the price back then, It was my first time to Bali and I didnt know the going rate and was prepared to pay too much. As it turned out I got a good price so paid the driver a 50 K tip at the end. I think it depends on the individuals finances and overheads to a large degree.
