Yesterday I posted an E mail to Indojet, in part advising them that their lack of formal announcements was leading to much negative speculation, and an announcement of sorts may help to ease peoples minds regarding the situation.
I was heartened by the fact that I got a response, and this was from Michael Johnston (Director), or at least it was his signature on the bottom with an official Indojet letterhead.
I will quote verbatum the response:-
"Thanks for your constructive feedback.
We are in the process of sourcing an alternative aircraft, as you can imagine this is a time consuming process as it's not like backing a new car out of the driveway.
Our passengers come first and we are doing our best to uplift all our customers.
Everything you have mentioned in your E mail will be covered shortly as we will be posting it on our website.
I wish you a happy flight
Kind regards....."
So for those concerned, it may be appropriate to check Indojet website for official updated information.
If nothing else, the fact that they are responding, and seem to be addressing issues may be seen as a positive.
