of rubbish, they didn't put heaps of people on alternative flights on 20th June, in fact people were told to re-purchase tickets with Jetstar if they wanted to go to Bali and they would repay them. The jar is empty they are supposed to pay and put people on other flights not for people to repay if they still want to go to Bali.
People that repaid are worried on how they are going to get back office is not answering there calls have no information on how to get back either. People were supposed to leave Bali today and so far haven't recieved a call from them, they are now strandard in Bali and don't know what to do and are saying they will have to pay for a flight now to get home.
I wouldn't believe a word that's coming out of their mouths at the moment its all rubbish.
Someone mentioned their not selling flights for June, July and August hate to tell you they are on their webpage knowing full well they will get extra money and won't be able to deliver.
With all the people that lost their money on air paradise, it now looks like happening all over again with indojet.
Ozjet put indojet in this position because they went into liquidation, therefore Indojet tried hard to get people to Bali but can't because they have no more money left to repay for flights for their customers. Indojet had already paid ozjet for those people flights expecting them to pay again could only last for so long.
They won't be another carrier because there won't be any money to pay them.
Indojet just don't know what to say anymore to customers it's very difficult for them too.
But it would be better if they just told the truth so not to have people hanging.
Indojet were a good airline and many of my friends flew with them and loved and rebooked with them earlier in the year and now looks like they will have to pay again.
It is just so sad for everyone.
