Hi Emma, Tjokorda Gde Rei works by touching certain pressure points on your feet with some sort of stick. Depending on the strength of pain felt, he diagnoses and treats accordingly with herbs and symbolic healing. When we went with the Aromatours Bali Women's Retreat, we had to make a payment of 50,000rp if I remember rightly. He did a symbolic healing for me due to my very low pain threshold(pain makes my blood pressure go sky high), so this cost me 100,000rp, as it is not usually done for everyone.:) It is best to get an appointment in advance as he is quite a famous healer, and has done lots of work in other countries. Maybe your driver can ring and organise the appointment for you, if you are worried about language issues. I've left my email open for you if you have anymore questions - remove the "no spam" thingo!
