depends what your after and your budget, higher end but cheaper than australia equiv are Ku De Ta , laluciola, the living room, blossom, sarong, grocer and grind,gado gado and kafe warisan, some cheaper eats include, bali cafe, trattoria, rumours, the tuck shop, the pizza club , fresh, also ryoshi, cafe moka, also zanziba, tekor, all my favorites :)
there is a great little dr surgery on Jl Laksamana, ( just near eat street ) and also on Dhyana pura, have used them for my kids for minor things and also myself when i got the poops ! for more serious matters go to the BMI or SOS. there is lots of Apotec ( chemists along Jl legian , a big one just near Bintang supermarket.
