Have some sort of idea first of all about how much your prepared to pay, you can haggle a little over the price, dont be too tight about the cost though, you get what you pay for:)
Mine cost 200 AUD, it's quite large, with lots of detail and shading.
I didn't haggle over the cost, as i was happy with that and so was the tattoist.
