It is a BNI, and is next to the supermarket. There are 2 supermarkets in Senggigi, the bank is next to the one at the northern end of the main drag.
My preferred money changer in Senggigi is the other end of the main drag at the wartel (on the right as you come into town). His rates are good and no dodgy business (not that you really get problems with money changers in Lombok).
