is a prohibited import to Australia and has been for more than 20 yesrs - I used to be in that business. You cannot get a Cites certificate in Indonesia and even if you could it would not be available for most of the skin available in Bali as it doesn't comply.
If Customs sight a snakeskin product it will be confiscated.
In the interests of conservation of endangered species don't do it.
