I have just booked for dates & times with Qantas Frequent Flyer that are much more suitable than the Virgin/Pacific Blue flights we had booked. Even with a penalty of $50 per person for cancelling PB flights & Qantas taxes/charges, it is still less than half the price we had originally paid with PB.
Shame I cannot receive a refund from PB but at least I will have credit to use in the next 12mths with them.
