We bought at a number of places. Used Balistones and their shipping agent. We spent approximately AUD$1400 on items, AUD$1200 for shipping (plus GST etc) and another AUD$220 for local delivery.
We had approx. 3.5 cubic metres. Most say it costs approx. double your purchase costs and that's what it worked out at for us.
It took around 6 months to get to Melbourne.
