Have a look at Masa Inn or others along Poppies lane 1 & 2.
Heaps of budget accomodation even multiple beds in 1 room - the masa inn has rooms for 6 - tho with a stack of teen age boys i'd hate to be the cleaner (from a father of 3):-)
