the biggest gripe on the site this came from is also because the person lost money.
It is a block of land, it will be built on, it's not that big a deal. Buildings are erected on sites all over the world where tragedies may have happened.
There will be those who avoid it, even boycott it, but there will also be those who will frequent it. It's their choice.
