sorry to tell you but after someone posted that you can actually catch influenza through your eyes I asked my nephew you is ambulance driver is this true he said masks can help a bit but if soemone coughs anywhere in your vicinity you can actually take it through the eyes into your body so that means you would need to be wearing goggles to not a good look on a plane.My friend a nusursing sister in the theatre at a hospital says the nurses use a spray bought from chemist which gives couple hours protection from nasty viruses I cant remember the name but can get it again if anyone interested she uses that when travelling on plane.
