Massage in Sanur

It is a few years since we were last in Bali and even longer since we stayed in the Sanur area. I was hoping for a current price guide for massages, pedicures, manicures etc on the beach near the Griya Santrian.
Are they fixed prices?
Also are there any spa or beauty treatment places nearby where my wife can go.
