take a taxi up to Centro shopping complex in Tuban and there are at least 3 optomotrists in this complex.
A " Mr Honeyman" gets mentioned alot on this forum so if you do a search for him and "prescription glasses on this forum you will find heaps of info and prices.
I got a pair made including frames for around $80 aussie dollars last year and were made in around 4-5 days depending on the type of lense you need. Go and get it sorted at the beginning of your trip so you allow time for them to be made.
