Happy's is a Hair dressing salon in a lane off poppies lane 2, if you go into poppies 2 from JL Legian and take the 1st little lane on your left, its not far down on your left they open around 10 am till late. their prices are cheap and the girls are just beautiful, they also do massages in the back room.
They wash and massage your head before and after your cut.
I always get my foils done there.
