I drove past the Pullman on Saturday and I'm no builder/site foreman,but to me it didn't look like it was going to be ready by September.
Lots of grey concrete blocks/cement mixers etc.etc.,I'd be very surprised if it's ready in time...but again,I'm no builder.
Have you contacted the Accor group? They should have a better idea.
