I just realised i wrote an essay in answer - I'll sumarise in case you don't want to read it all
White Water Rafting - 385,000 rp per person
Cycling - 310,000 rp per person
Safari - US$35
Tree top - US$18

White water rafting we paid 385,000 Rp each (includes transport and lunch), you could do it for 250,000 Rp however we wanted to go with someone we'd heard good reports on.

Cycle ride was 310,000 each (again includes transport & lunch), I think that is about the standard price for cycling, it was advetised at 360,000 he gave us a discount without us even asking so might be able to get them down even more.

Couldn't find anyone to give us a discount for Safari Park so that was the advertised price of US$35, Bali Tree Top the best we could get was %10 off so US$18, even if you can't get a discount if you are paying in rupiah i think it is better to pay at the tourist booths as they give you a better exchange rate. You need to find your own transport for thesae two, although they both also have packages that include trasport & lunch (I believe it is easier to get discounts on these packages).

We also did water sports but it was quite expensive for what you got, i think the very cheapest package from the cheapest company was about US$25 and you got less than half an hour of activity. The most fun (and also the cheapest) was the banana rides, next time i think i would just do one of the day cruises as they all include unlimited banana boat rides!
