Hi,
I have not had dealings with the site you mentioned, but you will probably find that if you make a booking with them they will send an email shortly after to say that the hotel was not available.
They may still have it listed but when they try to get you a room the hotel will be fully booked!
This happens often with online booking agents.
If you cant get in directly with the hotel then it surely is
"Fully Booked".
