Sorry meant to add this to my first post and forgot. Yes as in Bali my neighbours suffer from illness.
My neighbour is a middle-aged 'new' Australian who is unable to work because he has a back injury. He has no family to look after him but he is not homeless. He has no income other than sickness benefits he receives from the Australian government. It's not a lot of money but so far it's enough to pay for the pain meds he uses, his bills, clothing and food. Pain meds which he can afford because they are subsidised for people on low incomes. When he needs to go to the doctor community health care workers will take him for free. His doctor bulk-bills medicare so my neighbour pays nothing for treatment.
What would happen to him if he lived in Bali?
