Hi i took 10 month and in march and going back in august, we took cans of food but our little one ate loads of food at breakast and in the local resturants and he was fine, we took a stroller and covered it with a sarong and brought a spray bottle to keep baby cool.. everything is available there in the bintang supermarket.. we took cans of food just inacse and what ever we had left over we gaveto staff at our resort who has toddlers.. we also bathed bubs in their water without getting in his face and he was fine he never got sick.. bottled water is so cheap we washed all bottles in bottled water and took the miltons antibacterial tablets.. bubs was great it wasnt as bad as we had expected and once we learnt to relax about it all it was all good :-)
