and never had a problem with it. When 2 of did get a problem it was with some mie goreng from a reputable western owned restaurant. I think the rapid turnover at small local warungs is the reason for this. Cook it serve it eat it. No over reliance of the capabilities of refrigeration. If you see lots of local people eating there it's good. They hate food poisoning too! Of course if you are not used to lots of chili you may get a little case of the trots which is not to be confused with the real thing; 'Bali Belly".
